Character Introduction: Yuri Katsuki's character is reportedly based on Japanese figure skater Tatsuki Machida. Among their similarities are similar names (Katsuki and Tatsuki) and finishing last in the Grand Prix Final at about the same age, with Tatsuki's defeat being in the 2012–13 competition. Both were trained by ballet dancers and choreographed by skaters they admired; Tatsuki was coached by Stéphane Lambiel, who makes a cameo appearance in Yuri on Ice. Tatsuki was previously choreographed by Kenji Miyamoto (the choreographer for Yuri on Ice), and series author Mitsurō Kubo is a fan of Tatsuki.

Care Instructions: It is recommended to fluff and run fingers through the wig to get out loose fibers before wearing. Teasing it can create a cute, fluffy style. Bangs may need to be trimmed to suit your own face. The wig cap includes two built-in elastic belts to shorten the circumference if necessary. Fibers are heat resistant, but we do not recommend heat styling unless you have previous experience or professional assistance. Recommended temperature range: 250-300°F (120-150°C) for hot irons, 160-175°F (70-80°C) for hot water.
